This is Dad at approximately 18 years of age, as a private in the United States Army, Fort Rucker, Kentucky.

Here dad is sitting in his favorite chair at Spring Lake with his best friend.
Dad utilizing time with his oldest son and grandson on a Saturday afternoon.
This is a picture that Dad was very proud of and what he lived for.
He said he was the only man at the wedding, so therefore he was the best one.
Although he was not in the best of health. He was where he wanted to be. We all wish that he could be there one more time.
Here Dad was playing Santa Claus with grandchildren, he will be missed very much, but will be in our hearts forever.
At this time Dad knew the end was near. This was the last picture taken of Dad alive. He had his mother under his right arm and wife on left side. Although he has fallen but not forgotten.
