Joe played trombone in the Army Band from 1953 to 1955.

Singing and directing the choir gave Joe an opportunity to give praise to his heavenly father.

After he retired, Joe and Barbara enjoy many long trips, traveling overseas to most of the European countries.

Joe and Barb were blessed with 6 children, Mike, Jim, Jean, Carol (Bride), Janet and Kathy.

What a joy it is to love and spoil these grandchildren.

Joe enjoyed his family. Since the whole clan lives in Indianapolis, family get-togethers occur often and are always fun.
