Theresa Ann Leo, 44, Indianapolis, passed away December 1, 2003. She had worked as a waitress and bartender. She is survived by her daughters Jessica and Kelly Leo; parents Paul and Sonja Neuner; grandson Lucas Willoughby; brothers David Leo, Paul Neuner II and Shawn Leo; sisters Debbie (Richard) Mumaw and Nancy (Samuel) Johnson; three nieces; two nephews. Inurnment: Washington Park East Cemetery. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made in her name and directed to Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
