Richard J. Click

Richard J. Click, 85, Indianapolis, died February 26, 2003. Mr. Click was born on October 25, 1917 in Edinburgh, IN. to the late Ed Lee and Erie Fern (Hypes) Click. He was employed with American Fletcher National Bank for 38 years, retiring in 1974 as a Vice President. After graduating from Arsenal Technical High School, he graduated from the School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin. In addition, Mr. Click was an Army Air Force veteran of World War II. He was the widower of Dorothy A. Weber Click. Survivors include his daughters Carolyn Mayer (Larry) of Carmel, IN., Barbara Harris (Jack) of Troy, NY.; grandchildren Larry Mayer (Amy), Armin Harris, Christine Woodward (Joe); great-grandchildren Ashley and Larry Mayer. Friends may greet the family on Monday from 4 to 8 p.m. in Leppert & Hensley Mortuary, Nora Chapel. Funeral service will be held on Tuesday at 11 a.m. in Pleasant View Lutheran Church, of which he was a member, with calling one hour prior to the service. Interment will follow at Washington Park East Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the church, 801 West 73rd Street, Indianapolis, IN. 46260.
