Matt was a graduate of Elmhurst High School in Ft. Wayne, IN., Wabash College in Crawfordsville, IN where he became a member of Sigma Chi Fraternity; and University of Notre Dame School of Law, South Bend, IN. He was a partner at the law firm of Krieg DeVault LLP in Indianapolis. Matt was President of the Board of Prevent Child Abuse Indiana Inc., and a former board member of COLAP. Matt was a graduate of the Stanley K. Lacy Leadership Series Class XXV. He was also a member of the Indiana State Bar Association, Indianapolis Bar Association and the Seventh Circuit Bar Association. Survivors: wife, Rhonda Yoder Breman; children, Jackson F. and Elizabeth M. Breman; mother and step-father, Sandra K. and Jay E. Shumaker; father, Joseph A. Breman; grandparents, George J. and Margery E. Follis; step-sisters, Jane A. Bowers and Julie L. Shumaker; aunts, Cheryl Mudrack and Marita A. Goudey; uncle, Thomas J. Follis.
