Margaret Hardin West

Margaret Hardin West, 80, Indianapolis, died June 28, 2003. She was born May 26, 1924. Mrs. West was directory asst. supervisor 30 years for Indiana Bell. Services will be at 10 a.m. Wed. July 2 in G.H. Herrmann S. East St. Funeral Home, 1505 S. East St., with calling from 4 to 8 p.m. Tues. July 1. Entombment will be in Washington Park East Cemetery. She was preceded in death by former husband Claude E. West, Sr. and companion Jack Edwards. Survivors include sons Carl Batchellor and Claude E. West, Jr.; daughters Phyllis LaFollette, Jenny Woods; brother Carl Hardin, Jr.; 14 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren.
