John Larkin Owens

John was the father of 10 children, 5 girls, and 5 boys, preceded in death by mother, first wife Josephine Owens and 2 children, Richard D. Owens and Deborah K. Owens.Survived by his wife of 24 years and children, Linda Wagner, James Owens, John Owens, Terry Owens, Connie Robinson, Steven Owens, Tracy McMillan, and Tammy Jewell. He was a grandfather of 26 grandchildren and 40 great-grandchildren, 1 great great-grandchild..He loved to fish and was one of the most giving men you could ever know. He could fry the best fish you could eat. He was one of the best at catching fish. He could catch fish, as a sport with the best. He served in the Navy and was in World War 2. He retired in 1992 from Ertel Manufacturing. He will be sadly missed by all who loved him. He is now layed to rest next to his first wife of 38 years Josephine Owens.
