James Gordon Hudson

James was called Jim, was a father of seven children and adopted one. He was born May 19, 1930 in Tennessee and was raised their until he was 19. On August 3, 1949, he joined the Army for the Korean War. His services were as an undertaker. He was discharged on September 19, 1952. He was in Massachusetts where he met a woman named, Salvatrice Giardinella, they married on September 24, 1952. He took her to Tennessee to meet his family. He moved around for the first three years. He came to Indianapolis, Indiana in 1956, where he grew roots and stayed. He got a job at Zimmer Paper Products in 1957 and retired in May 1992. He was married 45 years when his wife died of lung cancer. He was well liked. He liked to play cards and spend time with his grandchildren and cracked off jokes.
