James "Jim" C. Bell, Sr., 73, Indianapolis, died November 27, 2003. He was born November 5, 1930 in Indianapolis. He was an electrician at RutgersQueens for 19 years. He also worked for H & H Steel as an electrician for 5 years and worked as a delivery person for DSI Services Power Trane. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge #669 F & AM since 1978. Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday, December 1 at Legacy Funeral Alternatives at Memorial Park, with calling from 4 to 8 p.m. Sunday, November 30. Burial: Memorial Park Cemetery. He was preceded in death by his wife, Ethel Bell; his parents; two sisters; one brother; and a companion, Mary Welch. Survivors include his sons, Douglas C. Bell, Indpls., James C. Bell, Jr., Coal City, and Brian L. Bell, Indpls.; daughters, Cynthia S. Nicholson, Jasonville and Melinda D. Davis, Indpls.; sisters, Deloris Ramsey and Carol Mann, both of Indpls.; brothers, Richard Bell, Dayton, OH and Donald Bell, Las Vegas, NV; several nieces & nephews; 17 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; special friend, C.J. and family of Mary Welch.
