Gary A Leuteritz was born September 15, 1952 in Bloomington, Indiana. He received his Finance Degree from Pittsburg (Kansas) State University. He worked as a subcontractor cable installer for Lucas Cable Co. in Indianapolis. He was a veteran of the US Army, serving in the Vietnam Conflict. He was a Rep Side Rugby Player.
