Ervin John Willem

John liked the simple life, being with family and friends, taking his granddaughter bike riding, to the park, and skipping rocks in the creek. He liked spending time at his brother's lake house with the family. His favorite sport was auto racing and he loved the month of May and the 500 Mile Race. He really enjoyed traveling and after retirement planned to spend several months each year seeing the country. God walked around his gardenAnd he saw an empty space.He then looked down fromHeaven and saw his tired face.He put his arms around himAnd took him in his care.To reward him for a life wellLived, he wanted him up there.We didn't want to see him go,But he did not go alone. For a part of each of us went with himThe day God called him Home.
