Charles Franklin Sims

Charles went by Frank, he died when he was 41 years old. He left behind a wife, Ethel Florence, and seven children. Two children preceded Frank in death. He worked very hard to provide for his family. He worked most of his adult life at City Sanitation Dept. in Indianapolis, Indiana.
