Betty M. Knight Tackett

Betty M. Knight Tackett 73 of Indpls., entered into eternal peace on Feb. 20, 2004. Betty was a homemaker. Mrs. Tackett was a member of Southwood Baptist Church. Betty was preceded in death by her parents, James A., and Mary (McShane) Knight. Survivors include husband Gerald H. Tackett; children, Hank, Steve, Kerry Tackett, Sherry Powell, Karen Sue Webb, Deanie Cantrell. Brothers; Donald, Bruce Knight, Sisters; Mary Michael, Barbara Werner, Pam Loues; stepmother, Granchildren-11, Great grandchildren-5. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the American Heart and Lung Associations. Funeral services will be Mon. 2-23-04,at 11 a.m., at Legacy Funeral Alternatives at Memorial Park, friends may call on Sunday, 2-22-04, from 4 to 8 p.m. Burial in Washington Park East Cemetery.
