Barbara A. Jones

Barbara A. Jones, 75, Indianapolis, passed away September 3, 2003. She was a homemaker and caregiver, prior to that she was an underwriter for Indiana Lumberman Insurance Co. and had also worked as the business secretary for R.D. Jones Roofing Co. Visitation: Friday, September 5, from 4 to 8 p.m. with Services Saturday, September 6, at 12 p.m. in Shirley Brothers Washington Memorial Chapel, 9606 E. Washington St. Memorial contributions may be made to American Cancer Society or Make A Wish Foundation. Survivors include: her husband of 55 years, Robert "Bob" Jones; children, David (Lynda) Jones, Cathy (Phillip) King; sisters, Melanie Beeler, Betty Swift; brothers, Burl and Robert Jones; and grandson, Jordan Fields.
