| Charles was born in Scottsville, Kentucky. He resided in Indianapolis, Indiana and later moved to Florida. He was a tool and die foreman for General Motors for 32 years. He retired in 1967. He was a member of the Lynhurst Masonic Lodge and Scottish Rite. He is deeply missed by family and friends. |
