| Mr. Waymon Lewis Johnson Jr. was the second child of eight, first son blessed to Waymon L. Sr. & Ethel I. Johnson. Those who knew Wayne couldn't help but love him for his genuine way of caring for his family. With 3 brothers, 4 sisters and 5 children of his own, Wayne's love, concern and compassion for them extended for beyond the imaginable. Not only did Wayne love his family, his love for all children in general was his biggest asset. Wayne had a peculiar way of smiling which was always followed by his laugh. Everyone tried to copy his laugh, but no one was ever able to duplicate. Even at his homecoming, as he rested, his smile was apparent, surrounding everyone as we said our farewells. |
