Bill's family was the love of his life, especially Susie, his wife of 52 years. Bill & Susie had four wonderful children. Bill's greatest holiday was Christmas with his family. Bill & Susie were blessed with eight grandchildren and four great grandchildren. Bill enjoyed racing, especially Nascar racing, and attended many Indianapolis 500 activities. In his early years, Bill enjoyed working on cars, until they got so complicated with computers. Susie was always by Bill's side, early in marriage while serving in the Navy in Norfolk, VA, and on vacations to Michigan, Washington D.C., and Gatlinburg, TN. Bill & Susie's 40th anniversary was the biggest day in their lives. All four children and their families threw a surprise party for them. |
