Edward L. Koors

Birth Date: 8/22/1935
Death Date: 1/9/2000
Washington Park East Cemetery
First President #W2, Section W16, Level 2, Crypt 107D

Ed Koors was a devoted, faithful husband and especially loving father. He and his wife, Vicki raised their four daughters to be independent, responsible and loving young women. He valued family as well as a few close friends. Ed was very proud of Vicki, as well as his daughters, sons-in-law and grandchildren. He took pride in their accomplishments and always had time for school functions and sporting events. Ed was a craftsman. He enjoyed working with his hands. A wagon was built for every first born grandchild, with each wagon a little unique from the other. Ed retired from Webber Manufacturing Co. Inc. after 34 years of service, providing for the family he valued so deeply. He was a devoted Catholic man who was a member of St. Lawrence Church. He was also a former Eucharistic Minister for St. Simon Church, a veteran of the U.S. Army and a member of the Loyal Order of the Moose. Ed was a private yet affectionate man who will be remembered for the unconditional love he shared with his family and friends. He will be remembered for his genuine sense of humor and easygoing nature. We will miss him greatly as he was a very special part of all our lives, but take peace in knowing that he is now with God, our Father in heaven. His memory will live on in each of the lives he touched and of which he was a very special part.

In loving Memory,

Vicki, Elizabeth, Patty, Phyllis & Nancy
