Everett Wilson Smith passed away June 30, 1988 at Community Hospital East in Indianapolis, Indiana. He was born in Marion, Ohio June 18, 1914. Samuel Smith and Martha Orth Smith. He married Luetta Rice Smith on September 12, 1933 at Marion, Ohio. He worked for many years at the Marion Power Shovel Co in Marion, Ohio. He also worked at the Pearl Harbor Navy Yards during World War 2. He moved to Indianapolis, Indiana after he returned from Pearl Harbor and worked for the Insley Co., where he worked until his retirement.His daughter, 4 grandchildren, 3 brothers and 1 sister survived him. His wife, parents, 2 brothers and 1 sister preceded him in death. |
