He is survived by loving wife, Sandra K. (Finley)Heim, children; Frank A. Heim Jr., Jason E. Heim, Evangeline S. Neer, and TammyMoore, brother of Carlton Heim, and grand-father of Josh Abbott, Casey Heim, Corey Heim, Chandler White, Angela Grubb, Amber Rae Heim, Mackinzie Moore, Ramsey Kae Neer. Memorial services will be Monday (2-14-05) 10am at Flanner &Buchanan Washington Park East Funeral Center, where family will receive friendson Sunday, (2-13-05) from 3-6pm.
