Adele L. Doroh.

Adele Willer married Michael Dorosh June 8, 1946. Her brother, Rev. Luther Willer married them at St. Mathews Lutheran Church in Columbia Heights, MN.

Family was very precious to Adele and she adored her children and grandchildren. Adele did not work during school days and devoted to give them a good education. She volunteered and the home was open to accomadate friends and social visits with children.

Extremely devoted to serving God and the church during her entire lifetime. She worked diligently in all religous and social activities. Frequently provided music for church services and continually served in maintaining an outstanding choir by organizing and directing.

Adele loved, enjoyed and particiapted in numerous popular card games and other games like scabble, dominos and daily crossword puzzles.

Adele loved to cook, bake and make scrumptious deserts. She loved to exchange home visits with neighbors and serve dinner followed by game playing.

She always had a voluminous flower garden and potted plants around the entrance to the home and patio. She frequently entertained friends with barbecue items while surrounded by her flowers. Her favorite flowers were Shasta Daisies and Impatience. She loved to watch birds feed on flower bulbs.

Sewing was another skillful activity. She had a sewing machine and a variety of sewing aid items. Adele did outstanding work on needlepoint, cross stitiching and quilting. Shown is one of many bed quilts made by her.

Celebrating 50th Wedding Anniversary. Our family loved to share our anniversaryies and arranged for a 25th , 40th and 50th celebration. She parted life after 57 years together, and ever year some special event was celebrating to honor living a happy life together.

Being of German imigration and decent, the German tradition was fully used to celebrate at Christmas and Easter. Home would be fully decorated from front to back with German customs and hand down specialty decorations. Adele extensively helped to decorate church for the holidays and provide food for the get together celebrations.
