Luther Shreve was a Father of five children, son Don Jr. and four daughters, Linda, Susie, Madonna and Mary Ann. He also had one stepson, Larry. He was married to wife, Ruth for 33 years.
He loved to work with his hands. He built a house together with his father, his son and his wife. He loved to do artwork; drawing, painting and wood work. He loved music and loved to sing and dance. He had a great sense of humor and a great laugh.
Luther was in the Navy in World War 2 for three years and served in the National Guard for 10 years. He was a Police Office for 20 years. After retiring in 1971, he worked as an Airport Police Officer for 3 years. In 975, he went back to work as a civilian dispatcher for a second time in 1985. |
