Rachel Merritt was co-owner of Indiana Barber College since 1991. She was a devoted teacher for the Indianapolis Public School system. She taught Library Science for fifteen years. She also was a director of Roffler Hair Design College in Fort Lauderdale, Florida for eight years. Rachel was a born again Christian and member of Villa Baptist Church. As an adult she was adopted by her beloved Cole Family.
She will be loved and missed dearly. |
