Steve as everyone called him, was a great person who had a heart of gold. He would do anything for anybody no matter what the cost was. Steve loved his children more than anything in this world and he had special bond with each of them. Steve lived long enough to see all his children graduate from high school. Steve had a very quirky sense of humor and he loved to make people smile and laugh. He would tell jokes and put his own sense of humor on them. He loved his family with his whole being. He had a smile that would light up his whole face and everybody loved being around him. He would help his friends with any problem they had and was always available for any kind of problem. Steve was a wonderful father and husband. He was always there when they needed him. When anybody was going through some bad times he could always make them feel better. His arms were always open to hug any of his loved ones. Steve loved animals and he would take in any stray animal. Steve had several dogs during his lifetime. Steve loved anything to do with outer space and his dream was to go up in the shuttle. His favorite TV show was Star Trek (all of them). Steve loved working with computers and could fix any computer around. Steve shared his time and experience to help teach anyone about computers. Steve was a very special person who was very much loved by all. Steve will be missed by all very much.

Steve was born on Nov. 22, 1959 and is one of seven children. Brothers included Ray, Dan, Chuck Reiss and Jimmy, Mathew, and Danny Brewer and one sister Janis Cook. Brother-In- Law Lester Cook and Sister- In- Laws Donna Reiss and Carol Reiss and Mika Brewer. Parents are Charles and Edith Reiss and Noel Brewer. Steve was saved and baptized at Warren Baptist church when he was 7 years old. Steve went to and graduated from Lawrence Central High School where he met Denise Stephens. Steve married Denise Stephens and had 2 beautiful girls, Monique Marie Ella and Stephanie ReNea Brewer. Steve and Denise were divorced in 1980. Steve met Jacqueline Mitchell and her son James Dale Mitchell and fell in love. Steve and Jacqueline were married in Dallas, Texas on Nov. 8, 1984. Steve and Jacqueline had one son Steve Charles Wayne Brewer.
