Adeline was born August 22, 1899 in Switzerland County, Indiana, to John and Prudence Claghorn. She married Clyde Haine, Sr. on June 12, 1920 in Indianapolis, Indiana. She lived in Fort Collins, Colorado for the past 8 years with her daughter, Martha Zielen and her husband, Alexander. She lived in Indianapolis most of her life, excluding a few years that she lived in Basin, Wyoming.The Veterans Administration employed her for several years during World War II, also by R.L. Polk, Co., Publishers, retiring from there in 1977.She was an active member of East 10th United Methodist Church and was a Past President of its Everson Class. She was an active member of White Cross Guild of Methodist Hospital since 1951, serving as President of the general guild during 1981-1983. She is survived by her son, Clyde Haine, Jr. and his wife Emma of Fort Collins, Colorado; her daughter, Martha Zielen and her husband, Alexander, of Fort Collins, Colorado; Four grandchildren, Terri Ford and her husband, Michael, of Indianapolis, Indiana; Gary Thomas and his wife, Sandy, of Wasilla, Alaska; Vicki Hatfield and her husband, Jay of Sheridan, Indiana; Maria Walther and her husband, Gavin of Fishers, Indiana; and Jeri Sanders of Brunswick, Georgia;Great-Grandchildren, Nathan, Trevor and Samuel Thomas of Wasilla, Alaska; Connie Barnett of Indianapolis, Indiana; Cindy Woehrel of Greeley, Colorado; Jennie and Joanie of Brunswick, Georgia; Great Great-Grandchildren, Brett and Chezney Barnett of Thornton, Colorado; Kaylin Robson and Jaymeson Woehrel of Greeley, Colorado; and Michael Isenhour and Alex Walther of Fishers, Indiana; two step granddaughters, Judy Curby of Wellington, Colorado, and JoAnn Lienemann of Fort Collins, Colorado; nine step great grandchildren and 15 step great great-grandchildren.Her parents and one brother, Irvin Claghorn, three sisters, Martha Austin, Teresa MacDonald and Mina Wilkinson, precede her in death.
