Mark Brotzge should be known fist and foremost as a man of family. Always putting his family above all else. He was a more successful son, father; husband, brother, uncle and cousin. At any given time when family needed a helping hand, he was there to provide until the end of the hard road.To his children Clayre and Mark he was the best father a child could have. Always the guiding light and pillar of strength, he was there to nurture and support them in every way. No aspect of his fatherhood did he neglect for he was parental perfection. To his wife, Kim, he was all that a good woman needs in a good man, a happy loving, giving and caring 'Honey Bear'. To his mother, Mary, he was all that a mother would hope her son to become in his manhood, one of Mom's knights in shining armor. To his siblings, he was a brother to treasure and be proud of. For all the friends he had along the way he was loved and respected. Besides being a family man, he was known for the fun lifestyle and hobbies he enjoyed. These were fishing, camping, canoeing, rafting, traveling, gambling, sky watching, bowling, playing chess, cooking, hanging at the pool or just playing with his kids.At last, while at work, and not playing he was known for his work in skilled trades. Some of the major business he had worked for was ESA Construction, Kaybee Toys, Herbalife, Art Craft Press, The Printing Company and Jackson Press. His final job was at Jackson Press, were he was a Bindery and Shipping /Receiving Supervisor.Mark Brotzge will be missed dearly by everyone who had the privilege of knowing him and for family and friends that were very close; the world will never be the same without him. Like the night sky without the moon, a forest without it is biggest tree, or rainstorms without wind and lightning. The absence will be forever noticed and never forgotten. May we find comfort in knowing that somewhere beyond our human vision there is a new star shining in the heavens. Until your light reaches once more, and we can tell you in person, we love and miss you, Buddy. |
