| Kenneth Eugene Garner was born to Deborah Bailey and Donald Garner on July 12, 1979. As a child, Kenneth was ambitious, curious and adventurous. A lover of electronics, he was always taking things apart and putting them back together. Kenneth was a graduate of Northwest High School and ITT Technical Institute where he made lifetime friends. He was a stranger to few and loved by many. Remember Kenneth happy and smiling! He leaves to cherish his memory, his mother, Deborah, father Donald and sister Peyton, in addition to a host of relatives and friends."Now we all know an angel by name." |
