| Ernest worked for the United States Postal Service as a Mail Carrier for 15 years, before retirement. He was also a World War II veteran. Ernie married Thelma Brown in 1935. Ernest grew a garden every year. He always went to the Indy 500. He was very active in his church. Ernest lost both of his parents at an early age, his brother raised him, but Ern still loved life and everybody. He lived his life to the fullest. |
