| Nancy was born in Monticello, Kentucky in 1923. She moved to Indianapolis, Indiana with her mother when she was three years old. She attended and graduated from Harry E. Wood "Old Manuel" High School. She moved to Florida for a short time, where she met her husband, Van Belkins, the father of her daughter Patty. Later, Nancy moved back to Indiana with her daughter. Nancy and Patty moved in with Nancy's mother Lillie, where they lived until Lillie passed away. |
