| Catherine J. Comella passed away on Monday, January 8th at Carrington Place. She was born on May 2,1911 in Indianapolis, Indiana and was the ninth of twelve children born to the late Rosario and Providence Miceli. She was preceded in death by her loving husband of forty-five years, Jerry S. Comella. She was an active member of Little Flower Catholic Church for many years and was a member of the Altar Rosary Society. She was also a member of the Silvertones and Senior Citizens. She crocheted and did a lot of needlework and loved playing bridge and euchre. In 1990 she moved to Charlotte, NC to reside with her daughter and son-in-law. She attended St. Gabriel's Catholic Church and enjoyed Memory Makers senior group there. |
