| Donald was the husband of Sandra K. Welty and the loving father of Rebecca and Sandy. Donald was an ordained minister of the Ministry of Salvation. He devoted his life to his family and God. Donald had several siblings and many friends who loved him and miss him very much. Donald loved witnessing to anyone who would listen. |
