Betty was a very caring mother, wife, friend and a Christian. She became a Christian by being saved in her late twenties. She was a primary Sunday School Teacher for many years and influenced the lives of many young people. She was a very devoted wife for 51 1/2 yrs. A caring mother to 3 boys and 1 girl. She stayed home with the children until they were old enough to take care of themselves. She was very handy with a needle and sewing machine and belonged to the American Sewing Guild. She was also very proud of her 8 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. After she raised her 4 children she went to work at Beanies Cafe, Noblesville High School Cafe, bookkeeper at Talbert-Roessler Lumber Co., G.C. Murphys, American National Bank and Ameritrust National Bank. She was her husband's beautiful brown eyed treasure and is greatly missed. |
