Bill was devoted to his family and always put them first. He graduated from Dugger High School in 1943. Bill was a W.W.II veteran and a Rail Roader for over 37 years with I.U.R.Y. and Con Rail. He was an avid gardener. He grew the best tomatoes around. Bill is deeply loved and sadly missed by his family and friends.
